I stayed at the hotel for four nights. The staff was helpful and provided quick assistance with my requests. I also appreciate the convenient location near the metro station (it made getting around easy). The complimentary water and tea in the room was a nice touch.
The surrounding area felt a little congested due to the high volume of traffic. It created some noise.

My room included a television with multiple channels and individually controlled air conditioning for personalized comfort. There was a safe for storing valuables and blackout curtains (they really helped me sleep well). A work desk allowed me to manage my affairs efficiently.

The hotel is close to the Baniyas Square metro station. It makes it easy to travel around. Supermarkets are nearby, so grabbing essentials is no problem. Several shops selling car parts create a somewhat industrial feel to the area.

A restaurant on site offers a menu with many choices. The breakfast included hot dishes with daily menu variations (the variety was welcome!). The front desk staff can assist with early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability.
